Charlie Frasure, original owner of property has requested the vacation of Circle In Street. VACATION OF CIRCLE IN STREET - Mayor Cotant said he did not think the city has any particular problem of relocating Circle In Street, however, the city would want a fully developed street to replace Circle In Street. Engineer Smart and Charlie Frasure made an on-site inspection of the area and informed mayor and council that there is the possibility of relocating the street at the location Mr. Frasure suggested at a previous meeting, which would line up with Ward Drive. The proposed extended Ward Drive would be approximately 550 feet extending from Yellowstone to the proposed extended North Alton Street. Mayor Cotant said the city would need plans or something firm that will show that a street will be constructed and dedicated to the city to replace the present Circle In Street. The developers were informed the city would prefer that a plot plan be submitted and the development be subdivided, which would then show the dedicated streets. Mr. Craig Christensen~ representing the developers, asked about developing streets on a Local Imrpvement District. Mayor Cotant told Mr. Christensen that the citys experience with the one Local Improvement District has not been too favorable. Mr. Christensen asked if city would provide a resolution vacating the Circle In Street.
