Minutes of a special meeting of the Board of Appeal to consider approval
of minutes of January 23 meeting.
Present: Chairman of Board of Appeals, Boyd L. Fullmer, Board members, Dan R.
Stuart, Dwain A. Kinghorn~ LeRoy S. Quick, John O. Cotant, Jr. Board
member Earl L. Romriell abstained from participating on the board because
of a personal interest in the matter.
Chairman Boyd L. Fullmer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Chairman Fullmer asked for any corrections or additions to minutes of January
23rd. After some review, Board member John O. Cotant, Jr., moved to approve
minutes of the Board of Appeals meeting of January 23, 1979. Board member
LeRoy S. Quick seconded motion. The vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
Board member Mayor Cotant informed board members the requirements of motion
have been met. The city has received a letter from the glass company
stating the glass does meet]the one-hour fire wall requirement, however,
the city does need to acquire a copy of the recorded easement between the
Herbert's and the Romriell's.
Board member Quick moved, Kinghorn seconded, with full approval of appeals
board that meeting adjourn at 7:40 p.m. ?-~ ~
