Minutes of a special council meeting for the purpose of receiving
and considering bids on police cars, held in the police department
building, 136 Hiway Ave. , October 14, 1980.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Becky A. Hopkins,
Dwain A. Kinghorn, Earl L. Romriell, Chief Arnold J. Stone and
City Clerk Vera C. Armstrong.
Meeting called to order at 5:08 p.m.
Purpose of special meeting is to receive and consider bids on police
cars.
The only bid received was from Glen's Chevrotet and the bid price was
$8660.80 per unit.
Mayor Cotant told the representative from Glen's Chevrolet that the
bids would be taken under advisement.
Councilwoman Hopkins moved, Councilman Romriell seconded, with unanimous
approval that meeting adjourn at 5:30 p.m.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of 5:00 p.m.,
on this date, the 14th of Octobe~q980~ -The'-object~of ~
the special meeting shall be to receive special bids on the
police car for the city.

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby
given of a special meeting of the Cubbuck City Council at
the time and place, and for the object, recited in the call.
