Elzner has agreed to give access. we need a copy of the access agreement with elzner ray needs a design for the rating on the wall of the building that is closer to the street than 10 feet. demensions on the building. Egress door needs to swing out. how close can we get to the south line? you can put it on the property line if you rate the wall. on the access our understanding that you will build the road. the total road to the back of the property. the road needs to be 36 feet wide. woodland thought 30. the road will go back to the property and also over the access to the parking lot. these people are from blackfood. signs – on the building but they would like to provide for a name rider on the corner. ray needs a sign permit application. paul to provide a landscaping ordinance to them and a tree list. no fences planned exterior lighting is maintained on property. street light. does the city have a plan on putting a street light on that property. no light. this is an approach not an intersection. light to illuminate the appoarch not a problem. Steve will have to consider this – can they abandon the old for the new? Where is sean or bryan? Is the building to far from a usable hydrant. ? they might they will need DEQ approval for what? They would like to get this thing pushed through as fast as possible. ? Any extension of the water/sewer line is going to require DEQ approval. Why? We need an building application w ith a current EPA NOI they would rather have a swell that can do a settlement and pretreatment . check with sean on the requirements will need a busness lic for the facility. they have approval by the back and are ready to go.
