APPLICANT: K. Wade Tolman/Clair D. Bowen (Kyle Anderson).
PROJECT TITLE: Private Warehouse
LOCATION: Lot #15, Frasure 3rd Addition, Frasure Industrial Park.
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site plan approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp,
Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller, Eric King and Andy Despain.
Kyle Anderson was present to present the site plan.
Mr. Anderson stated it is the same plan as his other ones, this one will be used for storage only.
Mr. Anderson said he will have a floor drain to accommodate a grease or oil/silk separator should
the need arise like his other building.
Eric King told Mr. Anderson he is required to have a knox box and clear address on outside of
building.
After discussion, Design Review Committee approved the site plan presented.
