LOCATION: 4340 Lake Shore Drive PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council member Kermit G. Morrison, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Andy Despain. Jared Hatch presented a building plan for review. Jared Hatch stated he is going to lease the Lake Shore Building and is planning on using one of the bays for a Jr. Basketball League. Mr. Hatch's wife is going to have an office for her reality office in the front. Mr. Hatch is planning on a leveling the floor and installing a basketball court for "Jr. Jazz Basketball League". The program is evenings and Saturdays. Mr. Hatch said he is working on a permanent location for two courts next to the Hockey Rink in Capell Park. Mr. Hatch stated he will check with Gary Cooper owner of building about landscaping and sidewalk installation. It was stated Bryan Cooper should apply for a conditional use permit and business license for his storage business at this building. Larry Kohntopp advised Mr. Hatch of previous Design Review requirements for Idaho Rocks at this address. 1. Any sign is required to have a sign permit. 2. 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkling system is required to be installed prior to July 1, 2009. 3. Storm water drainage is required to be contained on site. Property drains to east. 4. Exterior lighting is required to be shielded on site. 5. If any changes in current building, the Building Department requires a plan with Architecture Stamp on it. 6. A dumpster with three sided enclosure is required. 7. FM Merlin Miller stated their indoor sprinkler system is required and shall be inspected. 8. Address is required to be visible from Bullock Road. 9. Jared Hatch stated he will work with BI Ray Griffin to comply with City Code. 10. Required to have a workable knox box. 11. There shall be individual business license for each separate business.
