APPLICANT: Jerry Gregerson, 1265 Parkway Drive, Blackfoot, Idaho.
PROJECT TITLE: Anytime Fitness
LOCATION: 207 E. Chubbuck Road
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Jerry Gregerson wants to request permanent access in case shared
access with Nick and Geraldine Crookston does not happen.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council member Kermit G. Morrison, Attorney Thomas J.
Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Paul Andrus, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray
Griffin, Eric King and Andy Despain.
Jerry Gregerson was present to request use of his regular access, then when Party Palace and
Crookston developments are completed, he will discontinue use of this access and use his
combined access.
Mr. Gregerson stated he is aware of costs for « asphalt and « sidewalk for the new access.
Rodney Burch will do a property line survey. Jerry stated he will present another site plan for
Design Review showing the temporary access and also give the City a guarantee for his
portion of asphalt and sidewalk
The cross access agreement will have to be redone after a bid is receive showing the cost of 18'
road and sidewalk
Attorney Holmes said he will redraft the cross access agreement .
Mr. Gregerson stated he would like get started in April.
Hopefully everything will be ready for the April 14 Design Review Meeting.
