APPLICANT: John Holman
PROJECT TITLE: Fire Services of Idaho
LOCATION: Lot 4, Block 1, Mallard Subdivision
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Councilman Kermit G. Morrison, Attorney Thomas J.
Holmes, Steven M. Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Eric
King, Merlin Miller and Andy Despain.
Hal Jensen, Fire Services of Idaho was present to present the site plan.
The site plan was approved with the following conditions:
1. Required to construct a street type radius not less than 20' wide.
2. A joint approach will not be required.
3. Parking requirements as shown meet required number of parking spaces.
4. If a sign other than on building is installed, they are required to contact building
department.
5. Required to have 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkling system.
6. Storm water drainage is required to be contained on site.
7. Larry Kohntopp will give Mr. Jensen a pretreatment application to be completed.
8. Exterior lighting to be contained on site.
9. Discussion about building issues.
10. Sean Harris wants to see site plan showing water/sewer, etc improvements.
11. Discussion about the longer swales shown on the site plan.
12. If a dumpster is required, there shall be a pad with a 3 sided enclosure for a front end
pick up sanitation truck.
13. Required to have a knox box, discussion about the requirements.
14. There shall be a clear visible address on building.
