The retail store will be on Burnside between the Ramada Inn and Motel 6. Owners also have locations in Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Jackson
Wyoming and Snowflake Arizona.
Owner is wanting to fast track process in order to get the footings and foundation done.
Plane includes a rider’s course on the southern portion of the
lot, next to the interstate.
New bikes will be delivered to the IF store and then transported in snowmobile trailers to the Pocatello location.
The City would like a shared access
with the Ramada property. The city could facilitate the discussion with the Ramada. Larry will contact the Ramada and try to facilitate these agreements.
Simplot has an easement on
the south end of the property. There is a need to locate slurry line and make sure the development is in agreement with Simplot with their use.
