Com Vision
New business at 265 E. Chubbuck Road.
Present: Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Merlin Miller, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim
Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Com Vision presented a site plan of the old Pick-A-Flick Building.
The site plan shows the building being split in half, with New Vision operating a retail outlet from
the left side of the building, and Nick Garcia using the other half.
There was discussion about restroom facilities being required in both halves of the building. BI
Ray Griffin will make sure this happens.
Fire Department asked the address and suite be visible on the front of the building.
Staff approved the site plan as presented, New Vision will apply for a business license.
