APPLICANT: Nick Garcia, 211 Circle Inn #51, Chubbuck, Idaho.
DATE: December 20th, 2000
PROJECT TITLE: Pick-A-Flick Building, 265 E. Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, Idaho.
PURPOSE FOR REVIEW: Retail Clothing Business.
Present: Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Merlin Miller, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim
Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Nick Garcia, 211 Circle Inn #51 presented a site plan of the Pick-A-Flick Building.
The site plan shows the building being split in half, with Nick Garcia operating a clothing store
from the right side and Com vision using the other half.
The was discussion about a restroom facilities being required in both halves of the building. BI
Ray Griffin will make sure this happens.
Fire Department asked the address and suite be visible on the front of the building, Mr. Garcia
said he will make sure it is.
Staff approved the site plan as presented, Nick Garcia said he will apply for a business license.
