New business site plan for 140 W. Chubbuck Road
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin, Larry Kohntopp, Eric
King, Merlin Miller and Ron Conlin.
Brad Burtenshaw was present to present a new business site plan for Mama Inez Express, 140 W.
Chubbuck Road.
Mr. Burtenshaw stated the traffic flow will be the same as the prior business.
Mr. Burtenshaw said he will make sure there are contrasting address numbers on the front of
building.
Design Review Committee reviewed the proposed sign Mr. Burtenshaw wants to install.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan and sign presented.
