Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
October 23, 1990.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Steven M. England,
David A. Landon, W, Dean Wood, Public Works Director Steven
M. Smart, and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin, Council member~Eeroy
S. Quick and Attorney Thomas J. Holmes were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING shall be to discuss utility rates to support
current budget.
UTILITY RATE DISCUSSIONS - PWD Smart presented to Mayor Cotant and
Council a packet containing the following:
1. Utility Revenues and Expenditures FY 87 90.
2. 1989-90 Actual Fund Balances.
3. FY 1991 Water, Sewer & Sanitation Budget.
4, Utility Rate Work sheet on water, sewer and
sanitation.
PWD Smart discussed with Mayor Cotant and Council the decline
in water and sanitation fund balances over the pass three
years.
Discussion about Capital Improvement Projects:
1. Additional water line down W. Chubbuck Rd.
2. Water line down Hawthorne Road.
PWD Smart discussed with Mayor and Council the water, sewer
and sanitation spreadsheets he prepared.
At 7:30 p.m., Councilman Landon moved, Councilman England seconded,
with full council

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., on the 23th.
day, of October, 1990. The object of the special meeting shall be
to discuss utility rates to support current budget.

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby given
of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City Council at the time and
