DATE: January 3 1st, 2001
PROJECT TITLE: Ron Dykeman Construction, 446 E. Chubbuck Road.
PURPOSE FOR REVIEW: Shop and Office/Construction business - Possible future expansion.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Eric King, Merlin Miller, Ron Conlin and
Larry Kohntopp.
Discussion about requirements placed on October 11th, 2000 Design Review Meeting for Ron
Dykeman.
1. 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkling.
2. Paved driveway.
3. Paved or concrete all weather off street parking with a hammerhead turn around.
4. Fire Chief Eric king will review whether or not over head fire sprinkling is required.
5. Mr. Dykeman said he will install a fence for a buffer to the east, rather than planting
trees.
Staff approve the project subject to Fire Department reviewing and deciding whether or not over
head fire sprinkling is required.
