Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Richard Webb, Ray
Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin and Jim Phelps.
Heath Fullmer presented his site plan showing the layout of the new building.
Heath Fullmer was told he is required to install curb, gutter and sidewalk.
Mr. Fullmer explained how he is handling the parking requirements, Mr. Fullmer wants to keep all
parking in front of house if possible.
After discussion, Staff approved the site plan subject to the following:
1. Required to install curb, gutter and sidewalk.
2. Required parking spaces.
3. 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkling.
