APPLICANT: Matt Dredge
PROJECT TITLE: Alpine Animal Hospital
LOCATION: Corner of Burley Drive/E. Linden Ave.
PURPOSE FOR REVIEW: Site Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ron Conlin, Ray
Griffin, Ken Quinn, Eric King, Merlin Miller and Larry Kohntopp.
Julio presented the Alpine Animal Hospital site plan.
Steve suggested landscaping on Burley Drive be a swale that would help with drainage including
a infiltrator system.
Matt Dredge said the approaches are 24', Steve suggested they be 30', the maximum is 36', but
30' should work well. Matt stated there will be livestock type fencing.
The site plan was approved with the following conditions:
1. If sign is not on building, they are required to get a sign permit from Building Dept.
2. Required to have 10' landscaping, with automatic sprinkling system.
3. Storm water drainage to be retained on site. Drains to the east.
4. Julio stated there is a 1500 gallon separator planned.
5. Exterior lighting is required to be shielded on property.
6. Required to provide engineering plans with Architect Stamp.
7. Required to install a knox box.
8. Required to have a clear address on the building. They will get with Fire Department.
9. If there is a medical gas closet, they are required to have one sprinkler in the closet.
10. They will have a Linden Ave address.
