APPLICANT: David Hutchinson
PROJECT TITLE: Highland Mini Storages
LOCATION: 370 E. Chubbuck Road
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ron Conlin, Ray
Griffin, Ken Quinn, Eric King, Merlin Miller and Larry Kohntopp.
David Hutchinson presented his site plan for additional storage units at 370 E. Chubbuck Road.
Mr. Hutchinson said the sign will stay the same for now.
The site plan was approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Steve encouraged Mr. Hutchinson to use the one access from future road on Paul
Jensen's property. There is the one E. Chubbuck Road access at this time.
2. Landscaping will help weed control. Weeds are required to be kept under control.
Mr. Hutchinson said he will do a better job of keeping the weeds down.
3. Light should be shielded on Mr. Hutchinson's property.
4. Required to have a clear address on the building.
5. Ray Griffin asked if he can get a copy of engineering plans.
