MeetJa~g of the second regular council meeting of the Mayor and Council held. in Lhe
municipal building October 26, 1971,
Meeti.'lg called to order at 8:03
present: Kayor Cotant~ Council~nen Leslie, Esmriell, Taylor an~ Thompson. Attorney Wise
WA~R LII~ EkSE~NT on James s~d. from Jsmes to Lucky in the Stuart Addition. Arnold
Stuart was present. After some discussion a tentative agreement (subject to agree-
ment of Stuart Estate members) was that the city would ~o half with the Stuart's
on finishing ~ad curbing a 50~ streeq where the water line presently is from
James ts Lucky. Mr. Stuart to let com~cil knew by approxi~_ately Nov.

OPINION POLL on beer sales in grocery store and bars read and wording approved for
printing,

ZONING - A letter vmitten to Lena Giannini informing her the present zoning ordinance
did riot allow trailers s.~lywhere in Chu~obuck was read.

to pay Porsgren~ Perkins engineering bill of ~15~000.O0 out of the conti~lgent f~nd.
