APPLICANT: Scott Vincent/1st American Telecommunications
PROJECT TITLE: Quest Telecommunications link to Fort Hall.
LOCATION: 260 Laural
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site plan approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp,
Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King.
Scott Vincent, 1st American Telecommunications was present to present his site plan.
Mr. Vincent stated a 45' tower has been installed on the property. The guy wires are on his
property. Mr. Vincent stated the tower is a link to Fort Hall, this is a transfer between
stations.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan with the following conditions:
1. Landscaping looks okay at this time.
2. Clear address on building.
3. Required to contact the Fire Department about coverage in case there is a fire problem
Mr. Vincent stated water does not go well with the equipment inside the building
4. Required to contain storm water drainage on site.
Mr. Vincent asked the City if we will check out sink holes on the property. Ray Griffin stated he
will.
