Siphon Road PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Andy Despain and Merlin Miller. Ryan Smith stated this is an RV Sales site and explained why he had to bring in the RV's prior to approval. Mr. Smith stated the land fronting Yellowstone is wet and muddy. Mr. Smith stated there are 18 vehicles on grass temporarily. Mr. Smith stated when it drys up and he can put the required gravel he will do it. The site plan presented was approved subject to: 1. A sign sketch is required to be approved by Ray Griffin, Building Official. 2. Fire Department will approve space between RV's. 3. Required to have onsite storm drainage. Mr. Smith wants to use dry wells. 4. All weather road on property is required as soon as possible. 5. All paving is required to be completed in 2009. 6. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling system on Yellowstone and Siphon Road frontages prior to August 1st, 2008. 7. All outside lighting is required to be shielded to stay on property. 8. Knox box is required. 9. Residential sanitation cart okay for now, when, and if a dumpster is required, they are required to install a sanitation pad with three side enclosure as per City Code. 10. Required to pay an additional water deposit of $40.00. There are two meters on the property. 11. Required to apply for a business license.
