APPLICANT: Katie Johnston, 5423 Yellowstone Ave.
PROJECT TITLE: Day Care Addition.
LOCATION: 5423 Yellowstone Ave
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site plan for day care addition.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Councilman Kermit Morrison, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes,
Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Paul Andrus, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Eric
King, Andy Despain and Merlin Miller.
Katie Johnston, 5423 Yellowstone Ave was presented to explain her building addition.
Ms. Johnston stated the addition is 25' x 36'. Ms. Johnston was told she is required to have a fire
alarm system.
Discussion about parking toward Yellowstone Ave, Ms. Johnston said he sometimes takes in
supplies through the front door.
Design Review Committee approved the building addition site plan as presented subject to;
1. Required to have a fire alarm system.
2. Required to meet all parking space requirements, with a temporary approval for
contractors to park on Yellowstone Ave side during building addition construction
only.
3. Knox box required.
4. Clear visible address to be seen from street.
