March 25th, 2008
APPLICANT: CMYK Grafix - Mark Austin.
PROJECT TITLE: Wholesale printing shop.
LOCATION: 170 Southside Way
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Site Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Councilman Kermit Morrison, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes,
Steve Smart, Larry Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller, Ken Quinn and
Eric King.
Mark Austin was present to explain his plans for a wholesale printing shop at 170 Southside
Way.
Mr. Austin stated the ink he uses is not hazardous.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan as present with the following conditions:
1. Storm water drainage is to be on site.
2. Mark Austin is required to complete a non-residential discharge application.
3. If any external lighting, it is to be shielded from other properties.
4. There is already a knox box, but they are required to give a current key to Fire
Department.
5. When and if a sign is installed they are required to contact City Building Department.
6. Shall advise Police of primary and secondary contact for building alarm system.
