Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal
Building of the Village of Chubb~ck on December 6, 1960.
Present- Davis, Ward, Mitchell and Hillman.
Absent- McDevitt and Frasure excused for work.
Called to order 8:20 P.M.
Purpose- Discuss Mingo Su~division, act on County Labor bill
for work on West ChuYbuck Road, and discuss a heater for the
Booster Pump House.
West Chubb~k Road Work- Davis explained that the County would [~l~
to be paid for the labor on this job so their help can have the
money for Christmas. After a discussion a motion to pay the labor
now and the rest of the bill later was made by Hillman, seconded
by Mitchell and all were in favor.
Liquor Licenses- Four applications for Liquor Licenses for
1961 were presented to the Board. The Board approved all fcur
applications providing they present their State and County Licenses
before Village Licenses can be issued and that all four are okayed
by Carl Hensley. Hensley stated that he had no objections.
Booster Pump House- Davis expalined to the Board that we need
a heater for that pump house before we get too much more cold
weather. The Idaho Power Co. suggested that they get a 3 Kilowatt
Heater to heat~that Size of building. Ward suggested that they
get one with an automatic control. After discussion a motion was
made by Ward to have Davis get the Heater for the Pump House as
soon as possible. Motion was seconded by Hillman. All were in favor.
Parrish Drive Deeds- Ballif will study the descriptions and see
if they are in order, before they are recorded at Court House.
Mingo SuBdivision- The Board members, Mingo and Ballif all
studied the map of that plat and after discussion of location
of easements and right of ways a decision was reached whereby
the Board agreed to have Ballif and the Village Attorney study
the legal aspects of said easements and right cf ways and if
the Attorney agrees with Ballif the Plat will be accepted by the
Board.
