Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the Vi~.lage of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal Building of the
Village of Chubbuck, on September l~, 1960.
Present- Davis, Mitchell, Ward, Hillman and Frasure.
Absent- McDevitt.
Called to order 8:0~ P.M.
Minutes of the last regular and one recessed meeting then r~ad
and approved as r~ad.
Bills for the month presented to Board. Motion to approve
p~yment made by Ward, seconded by Hillman. All in favor. Bills as

Financial report for mo~th presented to Board.
Letters of congratulations or~ thank you for invitations from
various civic and municipal organtzatiens presented to Board.
Letters are on file.
Parrish Lane- Deeds for right of way for far west end of Parrish
Lane presented to Board. Board members all agreed to accept the
deeds if they are first studied and approved by the Attorney.
Magleby Plat- Magleby requested the Clerk to ask the Board
about a Building Permit Ordinance. There was a discussion but
no action on such an Ordinance at this time.
Safety devices for Water System- Two bids are in for the
installation of this equipment, but the Board wants to get more
bids before action is taken.
Trailer Houses at private residences- The Board all agreed
that such Trailer Houses are requieed to put in a direct hook-up
to our water system, and are not to be coonected through the
residence.
Mingo Sub-division - Mingo wants the Village to order the
gravel for hds subdivision from the county, have the Village
pay for the gravel and he will repay the Village. A private
individual cannot get gravel fr~m the County, and use county
trucks for the hauling. After much diecussion the Board all agreed
they cannot do this. Mingo will be notified that the Village
cannot do this and he will have make his own arrangements with
the County, and let the Village out of the deal.
Hawthorne Road Fire Hydrant- Chastain reported the hydrant
is broken. Board informed him the new parts are ordered and
will be installed as soon as they arrive.
Park- Jim Stuart has requested six 10-inch head gates so he
can flood the park. Board all agreed that this was necessary to
care for the park, and the head gates will be ordered.
