CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Burch
COUNCIL PRESENT: Dan Heiner, Melanie Evans, Norman Reece, and Roger Hernandez.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rodney Burch, Public Works Director Bridger Morrison,
Planning Manager Don Matson, Police Chief Nick Sasser, Human Resource Director Scott
Gummersall, Municipal Services Director Kami Berger, Fire Chief Chas Clark, City Treasurer
Eric Jablonski, and City Clerk Joey Bowers.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. A Joint Meeting with the City Council, Chubbuck Development Authority Board (CDA),
and Land Use & Development Commission to discuss the City's Goals and Vision.
The Mayor went over his vision of building a better Chubbuck, which included
balanced and sustainable finances, unmatched livability, investing in health and
wellness, leveraging partnerships, developing a safe and prepared community,
innovation and continuous improvement, and strategic growth and development.
ADJOURN: Mayor Rodney Burch adjourned at 5:40.
