The property to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck shall have the zoning classification of Limited Residential (R-2) is legally described as: A parcel of land located in Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Town- ship 6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Bannock Coun- ty, Idaho, being a portion of those lands described in Deeds recorded under Instrument Nos. 90015087 and 97001830 of the official records of Bannock County, being described more particularly as follows: Commencing at the west 1/4 corner of section 4; thence north 89=56'10" east, along the latitudinal centerline of sec- tion 4, a distance of 992.42 feet to a point on the present City of Chubbuck city limits, the point of beginning; Thence north 0"22'04" west, leaving the City of Chubbuck city limits, a dis- tance of 662.74 feet; Thence south 89°48'26" east a distance of 1662.04 feet to a point on the present City of Chubbuck city limits; Thence following along the present City of Chubbuck city limits over the following two (2) Courses: 1. Thence South 0°40'33" East a distance of 655.32 feet to a point on the Latitudinal Centerline of Section 4; 2.
