APPLICANT:Gary Packam, P.O. Box 3100, Pocatello, Idaho.
PROJECT TITLE:Laser Wash
LOCATION:5024 Yellowstone Ave.
PURPOSE OF REVIEW:Site Plan Review.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven M. Smart, Larry
Kohntopp, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ron Osborn, Merlin Miller and Eric King.
Gary Packham, P.O. Box 3100, Pocatello was present to present the Laser Car Wash Site Plan.
Gary Packham stated he is completely remodeling the Car Wash at 5024 Yellowstone Avenue.
The site plan was approved with the following conditions:
1. All storm water drainage will be on site. There is a separator required but no storm
water drainage is allowed down the sewer. Mr. Packham will work with Sean Harris.
2. Landscaping requirement shall be; a) landscaping on north and south corners adjacent
to Yellowstone Ave, b) Pots with flowers in front of car wash structure.
3. Gary Packham is required to complete a non-residential waste water permit application
and return to the City.
4. Exterior lighting is required to be shielded on property as much as possible.
5. Knox box is required.
6. Address shall be clear and visible from Yellowstone Ave.
7. Sanitation dumpster shall be enclosed on three sides.
8. Required to have necessary security for cash boxes.
