Village of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal Building of the Village
of Chubbuck on December 8, 1959.
Present- Davis, Ward, Frasure, Mitchell and McDevitt.
Absent- Hillman.
Called to order 8:06 P.M.
Minutes of thc last regularmeeting then read and approved as remd
Bills for the month presented to Board. Motion to approve oaw-ment
of bills made by Ward, seconded by Frasure. All in favor. Billsi~as

Hayfield Airport- Hubbard sent a letter to Board stating that
part of the read there is onhis property. McDevitt will look into
this and see what to do about it.
Hawthorne Road Main Line- The residents along with Joe Brennan
are to get the correct figures on amount spent here and then the
Board will work out a schedule with them so the Village can start
repaying them.
Liquor Licenses- Four applications for Liquor Licenses for 1960
were presented to Board. The Board approved all four applications
providing they present their State and County licenses before
Village licenses can be issued and that all four are 0ka~ed by
Carl Hensley. Hensle¥ stated that he had no objections.
LivestQck Count for Water assessment- The Board all agreed that
the clerk make a note on next months water bills asking for the
count and then the next month tha clerk can bill them for their
livestock.
Asst. Watermaster- John Pierce has stated that he has too much
work to do to keep uP with this job too. One applicant for the job
was considered, but the Board decided to wait for another month
before deciding on a replacement.
Fowler-Wallace Hookup- McDevitt has not had enoughttime to
study this so will make a ruling later.
Ballif- reported that the house numbering is complete, but that
it will have to be kept current as more hQuses are built or moved in.
He suggested a Building Permit Ordinance which the Board discussSd
but want more time to study before acting on such an Ordinance.
The new Annexation Ordinance was also discussed but we will need
another meeting before final decision is made.
R.R. Law Suit- McDevitt explained to the Board in detail just
what has been done about it so far and that the Judge has not
reached a decision yet.
Fire Dept- A letter of thanks for the help given in combating
a fire at Fort Hall on November 27 was read to the Board.
Financial report for month of November, 1959 was given to Board.

Minutes of the recessed meeting of December 8, 1959, of the
Board ¢~f Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, held in the
office of the Clerk, located at ll3 Valenty Road, Chubbuck, Idaho
on January 5, ~960.
Present- Hillman, Davis, Ward, Mitchell and McDevitt.
Absent- ?rasure, excused for work.
Called to order at 6:20 P.M.
Purpose - Read, discuss and act on Ordinance # 51.
Ordinance # 51, an Ordinance of annexation, was read in full
by McDevitt.
Motion to suspend the rules, read once in full, and twice
by title, made by Ward, seconded by Hillman. Roll call vote
for suspension of the rules.
Davis - yes
Ward - yes
Hillman - yes
Mitchell - yes
Ordinance # 51, then read twice by title by McDevitt.
Discussion and thorough checking of Boundary lines then made by
Board. Roll Call vote for passage of Ordinance # 51.
Davis - yes
Ward - yes
Hillman - yes
Mitchell - yes.
Meeting then adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
