COUNCIL PRESENT: Roger Hernandez, Norman Reece, Dan Heiner, and Melanie Evans.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rodney Burch, City Attorney Ryan Lewis, Public Works
Director Bridger Morrison, Public Works Operations Manager Kami Berger, Fire Chief Chas
Clark, Lieutenant Justin Knudsen, Human Resource Director Scott Gummersall, City Treasurer
Eric Jablonski, and Deputy Clerk Alexis Thompson.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Strategic Plan.
The Council discussed the strategic plan, and priorities to better align objectives with
community needs.
2. Admin Budget Presentation.
Mayor Rodney Burch went over the FY26 budgets and presented proposed FY27
budgets for the Legislative Branch (City Council), Executive Branch (Mayor), Clerk,
Treasurer (Accounting), Legal, Liability Insurance, Information Technology (IT), Human
Resources, Community Support, Community Celebration, General Government, and
Facility Maintenance.
ADJOURN: Mayor Rodney Burch adjourned at 5:27.
