Public hearings will be held with respect to the following items: 1. An application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Future Land Use Map, on approximately .87 acres of land from Commercial to Residential - High Density. Subject prop- erty is located between Park Lawn Dr and the Union Pacific Railroad, approximately 740 feet south of New Day Pkwy. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the pro- posal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.040.D. Type of action: Recommendation. 2. An application for a Title 18 Map Amendment (zone change) from General Commercial (C-2) to Dense Residential (R-4) on approximately .43 acres of land. Subject property is located between Park Lawn Dr and the Union Pacific Railroad, approximately 740 feet south of New Day Pkwy. The Compre- hensive Plan Future Land Use Map designates the area for Commercial development; concurrent to this application it is proposed to amend the Future Land Use map to Residen- tial -High Density. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. Written testimony must be received by jbowers@cityofchub- buck.us at least 7 days prior to the hearing, shall comply with standards established in City resolution 2021-06. A complete description of each item is available to the public on request to jbowers@cityofchubbuck.us. Commission packets are gen- erally available the week before the meeting at https:Hcity- ofchubbuck.us/land-use-commission/ or are available by contacting the City Clerk. Any and all persons may register comments, protests, or agreements on the hearing subjects being considered. Oral testimony concerning these proposals may be offered at the public hearing. Commission may limit oral testimony.
