Present- Ward, Fenwick, Hillman and Caldwell. Absent - Valenty and Frasure. In the absence of Valenty, ~ard was appointed acting Chairman by the Board. Called to order 9:00 P.~. ginutes of the last regular and one recessed meeting then read and approved as read. Bills I'or the month presented to Board. ~otion to approve p~yment of bills made by Fenwick, seconded by Hillman. All in favor. Bills as follows: State Insurance-ll?.O1,County Comm.--60.OO,Carl Hensley-?6.OO,Iaaho State Journal-2h.60,~'. O.Doman-l?.OO,Idaho Po-~er-63.9~ & 102.79,Telephone-20.28, Continental Oil-l?.~a,Triangle Service-15.83,Dyke's Electric-8.2~. Financial report for the month presented to Board. Old Business - Garbage - Cal~well reported that Alameda is re_ady with their Disposal site and the Government has given them temporary permission bo use it. The Clerk is to issue Permit Cards for Chubbuck residents. She will notify residents on their next water bill. Mew Pusiness- Howard Lintvedt and Norman Hanson asked the Board about getting water to certain property if they should buy the property. This property now belongs to ~rs. Fowler Grooms. It is located south of East Chubbuck Road and west of Zimmerli's Cellar. The property in question is back in the field. The Board advised them that whoever puts in the subdivision should put in the ,~ater ~ain and then the individuals can ~ap in from there. ~rs. Gro~.ms should come talk to the Board herself. ~ork on Extension of the water system- Joe Brennan told the Board that the Blue Print or Plan does not correspond with ~he stakes that Hamilton had put in. Hamilton has never given a set of the plans to the State Sanitary Inspector, nor has he gotten an Easement f~om Fort Hall yet to cross the canal. Jim Stuart wants ll tap-offs before the ~a~er is turned into the ~ain. The Board all agreed that no rocks over 6 inches go back in the trench covering the main line. The ~oard all agreed thmt the Line to Hawthorne is mislocated, and t~ey want the Blue prints changed. ~ard, Brennan and Hensley are going to diecuss this matter with Hamilton. ~eeting recessed subject to call if necessary at 10:O5 P.~.
