SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE N0.884
An Ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, a municipal
corporation of the state of Idaho, providing for change of land
use district with respect to certain lands located within the
Boundaries of the City of Chubbuck from General Commer.
cial (0-2) and Limited Residential (R2) to General Commercial
(C-2); declaring that the City Council finds that such change
in land use pattern is consistent with those prescribed by the
City's Comprehensive Plan; and providing when this ordinance
shall be effective.
The Land Use District is hereby changed from General Com-
mercial (C-2) and Limited Residential (R-2) to General Com-
mercial (0-2) on a parcel of land located in the Southwest A of
section 3, township 6 south, range 34 east, of the Boise Me-
ridian, in the County of Bannock, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the center A corner of Section 3, as de-
scribed in CP&F Inst. No. 21320659; Thence South 00°23'06"
East, a distance Of 1,118.68 feet; Thence North 89°19'30"
West, a distance of 46.02 feet to the point of beginning; Thence
South 00°21'00" East, a distance of 98.00 feet; Thence North
89°19'30" West, a distance of 259.92 feet; Thence North
00°23'06" West, a distance of 98.00 foot; Thence South
89"19'30" East, a distance of 259.98 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
Containing o.6 acres, more or less.

I have reviewed the foregoing summary and believe it pro-
vides a true and correct summary of Ordinance No. 884 and
that the summary provides adequate notice to the public of the
