That the notice, of which a copy is hereto attached and made a part of this affidavit, was pub-

was published in the regular and entire issue of said paper on the respective dates of publication, and

ORDINANCE #882
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS
OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO
DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON
THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 2025, AND ENDING ON THE
30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2026, AND DESIGNATING THE
DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND
PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE 'ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026" PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, PRO-
VIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER
ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING
TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL
CORPPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the
proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of
Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year
beginning on the 1st day of October 2025 and ending on the
30th day of September 2026. The General Fund, Highway
Streets and Roads Fund, Water Fund, Wastewater Fund, and
Sanitation Fund.
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the General Fund and the Highway Streets and
Roads Fund for the payment of all Fund expenses of the City of
Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
General Fund: $12,060,973
Highway Streets and Roads Fund: $3,572,816
Section 3: That the following sums of money are here-
by appropriated from the Water Fund, Wastewater Fund and
Sanitation Fund for the payment of all Water, Wastewater and
Sanitation expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid
fiscal year:
Water Fund: $4,298,137
Wastewater: $3,883,242
Sanitation: $3,470,531
Section 4: That all ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof,
in conflict herewith are expressly repealed: That the rule requir-
ing ordinances to be read on three separate occasions is here-
by dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective
upon Its approval and publication as provided by law.

OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, THIS 20th DAY OF
August 2025.
