APPLICANT:Arctic Circle/Marshall Rossiter, Architect.
PROJECT TITLE:Arctic Circle Play Room/Game Area.
LOCATION:4488 Yellowstone Ave.
PURPOSE OF REVIEW:Sit Plan Approval.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve smart, Ron Conlin,
Randy Severe, Ray Griffin and Merlin Miller.
Marshall Rossiter, Architect and Jake Tracy, builder were present to present the site plan.
Design Review Committee reviewed the proposed site plan.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan with following conditions;
1. After discussion, it was decided they meet the parking requirements.
2. Landscaping requirement is good at this time.
3. Required to install a knox box.
4. Required to submit updated site plan drawings.
