PURPOSE OF REVIEW:Site Plan Approval. Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ron Conlin, Randy Severe, Ray Griffin, Merlin Miller and Eric King. Greg Williams, Architect and Owner Dave Gebo presented the proposed site plan with a change. Mr. Gebo stated he would like construct two buildings for storage of inventory only. Mr. Williams explained why the change. Steve Smart told Mr. Gebo he is required to maintain the 10' utility easement. The site plan was approved subject to; 1. The 10' utility easement is required. 2. Required to have on site storm drainage. Present a plan to City Engineer Sean Harris. 3. 10' Landscape requirement with automatic sprinkling system, along with curb, gutter and sidewalk on street frontage. 4. Address will be 220 Laurel Lane, Building A & B. 5. Required to get City a copy of cross access agreement with neighbor. 6. A knox box is required. Mr. Gebo can purchase from City or Company that sells them. 7. Required to present a new site plan drawing to City. 8. Required to have all purpose road surface. 9. City cannot require, but recommends plumbing be installed in the buildings. Developer will review.
