CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5 9 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADDING SECTION <br />6.04.215 TO THE CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING A DAYCARE <br />PROVIDER'S LICENSE MAY BE DEEMED SUSPENDED OR REVOKED IF THE <br />PROVIDER DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH INVESTIGATIONS BY ANY <br />AGENCY WITH JURISDICTION; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING <br />ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF <br />THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL <br />BECOME EFFECTIVE. <br />3E. I`I ORDAINED B`s' THE iii Y OR Aiv'D C OL?4CIL OF THE 1:�ITY OT- <br />3E <br />IDAHO: <br />6.04.215 Refusal to Cooperate with Authorities: The license of any daycare provider <br />may be denied, suspended or revoked if said provider refuses to allow entry of a representative of <br />any agency having jurisdiction over the daycare premises or political subdivision at any time <br />during the period of care of the child or children or if the provider fails to cooperate in any <br />investigation or review of the daycare provider's responsibilities or alleged violations under the <br />Title. Failure to allow entry or to cooperate shall constitute a misdemeanor. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS <br />Section 1. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. The provisions of any Ordinance of the <br />City of Chubbuck, Idaho, and any provision of the Chubbuck Municipal Code which are in <br />conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, for any reason, <br />by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability <br />of any of the remair_ing provisions. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. The rule requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />days, one of which shall be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall <br />become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law. <br />Ordinance - Page 1 <br />chubbuck031505.ord <br />
