ORDINANCE NO. 160 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN LANDS AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF <br />THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK PRESENTLY OWNED BY WILLIAM ARMSTRONG <br />AND PHYLLIS ARMSTRONG (HUSBAND AND WIFE) TO BE RE-ZONED <br />AND CHANGED FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C-3) IN PART AND <br />COMBINED RESIDENTIAL (R-2) IN PART, TO GENERAL CO~.~ERCIAL <br />(C-3) IN THE ENTIRETY; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN LANDS AND <br />PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK <br />PRESENTLY OWNED BY MOBILE MANOR, INC., TO BE RE-ZONED <br />AND CHANGED FROM COMBINED RESIDENTIAL (R-2) TO MOBILE- <br />HOME RESIDENTIAL (R-2T); AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS <br />ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: Armstrong Property. That the following <br />described lands and property within the boundaries of the <br />City of Chubbuck, Idaho, presently owned by William Armstrong <br />and Phyllis Armstrong (husband and wife), be re-zoned and <br />changed from General Commercial (C-3) in part and Combined <br />Residential (R-2) in part, to General Commercial (C-3) in <br />the entirety: <br /> <br />A tract in the northeast quarter of the southwest <br />quarter of Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 34 E.B.M., <br />in Idaho, particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of the South 23 rods <br />of said northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of <br />Section 3, run thence west along the north boundary <br />line of the James E. Harrington et. al. property, <br />described in that certain deed recorded in Book 99 of <br />Deeds, Page 506 of the Records of Bannock County, <br />Idaho, a distance of 438.5 feet, run thence at right <br />angles in a northerly direction a distance of 85 feet, <br />run thence at right angles in an easterly direction, <br />parallel with the north boundary line of the Harrington <br />tract above referred to, a distance of 438.5 feet to <br />the east boundary of the said northeast quarter of the <br />southwest quarter of Section 3, run thence in a southerly <br />direction along said east boundary line a distance of <br />85 feet to the Place of Beginning. Subject to any <br />ditches or laterals or other rights of way upon, over <br />or across said lands as the same now exist, and particularly <br />subject to the right of way for the Yellowstone Highway. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: Mobile Manor First Addition.
