That the real property described as: <br /> <br />The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of t4e <br />Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 6 South, ilm~g~= 34 East <br />of Boise ;~eridian excepting therefrom the following two (2) <br />parcels of property. The East 125 feet thereof and th~ W~st <br />55 feet of the North 185 feet of said tract. This s~cond <br />excluded parcel has a frontage of 55 fe~t on the South side <br />of Chubbuck Road and runs a depth of 185 feet from the center <br />of Chubbuck for a d~pth of 160 feet from the Souti~ edge of <br />Chubbuck Road. EXCEPTING THEREFROS~ THE 100 FEET BY 1O0 FEET <br />ADJACENT TO fk~D ON ~HE SOUTH SIDE OF CHUBBUCK ROAD. <br /> <br />the above described property, excluding the exccpt®d parcel, <br />is hereby re-zoned and changed from Agricultural Transitional <br />to Residential-Z, Trailers. <br /> <br />Section 2.
