TO <br />21815619 <br />G f � 6?Ltc� <br />2I8 -l-, <br />CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO <br />ORDINANCE NO. _at? <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ANNEXING CERTAIN <br />LANDS LYING EAST OF THE RAILROAD "TRACKS, WEST OF INTERSTATE 15, <br />SOUTH OF TYHEE ROAD AND NORTH OF CHUBBUCK ROAD TO BE <br />INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF THE <br />CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS NEWLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY <br />OF CHUBBUCK AS EITHER AGRICULTURAL (A) OR GENERAL COMMERCIAL <br />(C-2); DIRECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE <br />ORDINANCE WITH BANNOCK COUN'T'Y; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING <br />ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF <br />THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL <br />BECOME EFFECTIVE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: <br />Section 1. Annexation. The following described lands, located within Bannock County <br />and contiguous to the existing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho are hereby annexed and <br />included within the boundaries and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho: <br />See attached Exhibit A for legal description of property annexed. <br />Section 2. Zoning. The above-described lands newly annexed to the City of Chubbuck, <br />Idaho, shall be subject to the zoning classification of Agricultural (A) for the lands described on <br />the attached Exhibit B, C and D and General Commercial (C-2) for the lands described on the <br />attached Exhibit E. <br />Section 3. Recordine. The Chubbuck City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the <br />ordinance to be recorded in the records of Bannock County. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS <br />Section 1. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances.
