CITY OF CHUBBUCK <br />ORDINANCE 769 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO <br />APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND <br />SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF <br />CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST. DAY OF OCTOBER, <br />2017, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH. DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2018, AND DESIGNATING <br />THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS <br />THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2018" PURSUANT TO <br />THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING FOR THIS <br />ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION <br />ACCORDING TO LAW. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which <br />all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the <br />fiscal year beginning on the 1st. day of October, 2017, and ending on the 30th day of <br />September, 2018. <br />The General Fund, Highway, Streets and Roads Fund, Water, Wastewater, and <br />Sanitation, Chubbuck Development Authority, and Special Revenue Funds. <br />Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund and the Highway Streets and Roads Fund for the payment of all Fund <br />Expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: <br />General Fund <br />$8,204,731.00 <br />Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from Water, <br />Wastewater, and Sanitation Funds for the payment of all Water, Wastewater and Sanitation <br />expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: <br />
