0 <br />4 - <br />CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 480 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ANNEXING CERTAIN <br />LANDS TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND JURISDICTIONAL <br />LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS NEWLY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; DIRECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY <br />CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE FILING REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN <br />IDAHO CODE SECTION 63-2215; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING <br />ORDINANCES AND SPECIFICALLY A PORTION OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 476; <br />PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME <br />EFFECTIVE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: <br />Section 1. Annexation. Certain lands, located within Bannock County and contiguous to <br />the .existing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho were annexed by Ordinance Number 476 <br />adopted November 11, 1997 however that Ordinance contained an incorrect legal description of <br />Tracts `B" and "C". By this Ordinance the prior Ordinance Number 476 is repealed with respect <br />to Tracts `B" and "C" and the following described tracts are hereby annexed and included within <br />the boundaries and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho: <br />Hiline Acres Development - Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Hiline Acres Development <br />according to the Record of Survey thereof on file with the Bannock County <br />Recorder and which is more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A". <br />Ellis School - 11888 N. Whitaker Road as more particularly described on attached <br />Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Zoning.
