Minutes of the recessed meeting of December 12, 1967, of the Council of
Chubbuck, held in the Clerk's Office on December 29, 1967.
Present- Hillman, Buchanan, Henry, Taylor, McDevitt and Tom Dial.
Absent- Underwood
Called to order 6:05 P.M.
Purpose- Annexation Ordinances.
Ordinance # 73- A~'~nexation of Country Acres and Greener Pastures read in full by
McDevitt. MotiOn to suspend the rules, read once in full and twice by Title made
By Henry, scondede by Buchanan. Roll call vote for susoension of the rules.
Buchanan-yes, Henry-yes, and Taylor-yes.
Ordinance # 73 then read twice by Title by McDevitt. Roll call vote for passage
of Ordinance # 73. Buchanan-yes, Henry-yes, and Taylor-yes.
Ordinance # 7A- Annexation of Railroad Right of Way oroperty ~ithin the city
limits of Chubbuck. Ordinance # 72 read in full by McDevitt. Motion to suspend the
rules, read once in full and twice by 'Title made by Buchanan, seconded by Taylor.
