This is to advise that Blue Ribbon Homes Incorporated is
the s.~ owner of Country Acres Second Additio~ and the
Corporation is owned by Amos B. Chase as President and Fred
B. Chase as Assistant Secretary.
In consideration of the Village of Chubbuck approving the
accompanying plat of Country Acres Second Addition the undersigned
hereby agree to install on streets incorporated in said plat the
cuPbs, gutters and streets in accordance with the ordinance and
code of the Village of Chubbuck and install water lines and fire
hydrants in accordance with the requirements of the Village of
Chubbuck.
