Recessed meeting of November 12, 1963 of the Board of Trustees
od the Village of Chu%bu.ck, held in the Municipal Puilding of the
Village of Churbuck on November 2.1, 1963.
Present- Davis, Worsencroft, Underwood, Hillman,VcDevitt and
I Christensen.
Absent- Ward, excused for a -previous engagement.
Called to Order :e.. :O1 P.1,1.
Purrose- Discuss Insurance on Village equity in Eouipment,
Taxes on Storage F?uilding, Insurance rates for Village, and work
on Fudvet for fiscal year of 1964.
Taxes on Storage Building- Decision was that the Village will
have to pay the taxes for eight months of this rear as the County
Attorney would not allow this property to be taken off the tax
roll for t'r_is - ,Tear. Lacy -paid taxes for 4 months.
Insurance on E uipment- Decision was for McDevitt to check
with Idaho Bank Pc Trust Co. and wor17 out an agreement with them
for the Villap-,.e share of the Insurance.
Insurance mating for th.e Village.- Decision was for McDevitt
to check with. Snake River Yutual Insurance Co. (Owners of the
Fire Truck) and work out an agreement with them whereby the Villa.P--e
Fire Tr- rance rates will not mare to ti -e raked.
R„r17et- Conv of Tentative %s hereby attached to these
ni-pates.
Discussion of Budget, Village Policy and Procedures for the
different de-partments within the Village, were then held by
only Board m.emrers present.
