Present- Davis, Hillman, Ward and McDevitt.
Absent- Frasure.
Called to order 8:03 P.M.
Minutes of the last regular and one recessed meeting then read
and aperoved as read.

Financial report .~resented to Board.
~ti~.~ay De~t- Agreement ResOlution read and d~scussed by Roard and
Hiway Dept. remrese~:tatives vresent. Mc~evitt reminded the Dept. that
the Village ~.,.~ill nee~ Eiway Dept. money to mtet roa.y~ents. They advised
the Poard to just send a bill to the De~t. of Hiways at Boise, Idgho.
There are some adjustments needed on the I~esolution and the Hiway,Dept.
will have those made and present it again for consideration by the
~oard.
South East Idaho E~uip. Co.- Jo~n McDonough was present and explaine~
~ossib2e use of a motor-grader for the Village. A discussion followe~
but no decision was reached at this time.
Parrish Drive- Letters from residents on Parrish Drive requesting
gravel for the Road read to Board. Discussion followed, but no action
can he taken till grave] is available for the ~fillage.
Stuart Addition- Stuart wants to use Village truck to haul grave
to fix their roads. Ward stated that we did not help other subdividers
so therefore we cannot help Stuart Sub-division to get their gravel
to their sub-division.
Street Light at Poleline and %uinn. - Davis 2alked with officials
of Poc~tello and they will split the cost of a street light at this
intersection. The agreement is for Pocatello to pay for one year afld
Chubbuck will pay for the next ear. Ail Board members agreed to this
arrangement.
Parrish Sub-division- Max Parrish claimed to here ~ieen the Clerk
some deeds for a road to be named West Burnside Road. The Clerk has
not seen these deeds and therefore has no record of t~em. A long
discussion followed about getting water to some houses on this
proposed new road. The policy of the Village regarding new sub-division,,
water supply was explained in full by Ward. The Vil]a?e will not agree
to anything less than a 4 inch line, as t'at is the minimum required
for a fire hydrant.
Villa~e Dumm Truck- Hensley sug?ested to the Board that if they are
interested i~ Snow Removal for the winter season, they might put a
front mounted blade on the Village DumD Truck and that will serve the
same purpose as a .~15,000.00 motor grader as was suqgested earlier in
this meeting.
