Village of Chubbuck, held in the municipal ~uilding of the Village
of Chubbuck on August iL, 1962.
Present- Ward, Hil]~.~an, Davis,Trost, and McDevitt.
Absent- Frasure.
Called tc order 8:0~ P.M.
Minutes of the last regular meetin? then read a~d ap!~roved as read.
Bills for the month preserted to ~oard. ~otion to approve pa~ent
of bills made by Hiliman, seconded by ~ard. Ail in favor. Financial ~eport for the month rrese~ted to Board.
Hiwa~ Dept. ~nd Vilia~e ~ater ~ine- Maps were studied and after a
discussion ~t was the decision of both the Hiway Dept, and The Village
~oard th,~t the Hiway Dept. will la~ a new water line do~n Burnside
to ~et water to residents there, and t~e Village is to supervise all
the work on the waterline. Hiway Dept. is to ~repare an agreement
to t~is ~roposal and present it to the Board for approval.
East ~inden Street- Residents wart water beyond the east end of
~inden so the~ can subdivide their property. Since there is only a
2~inch line down Linden Street the Board feels there would not be
sufficient pressure to warrant going an~ further with the existing
line.
Gas Co. Franchise- Papers were not here yet ~nd we will need .~nothe~
meeting with the Gas Co. to go over t~ese papers and sign them ~f they
are in order. .
Magleby Plat- ~ap of Plat studied b~ Poard. ~c~evitt stated that
everything seems in order but wanted Ma~[eby to understand that the
Village would not accept the streets tilt they are constructed and
brought up to ~rade. ~otion to approve Plat made by Hillman,
seconded by Ward. All in favor.
Briscoe Lane Prowler- Hensl~y told Board all be knew about a
supzosed prowler on this Lane. So far they can't find anybody and
the Lane has been watched closely for ~uite so~e ti~e now.
Parrish Bros- Offered their assistance to the Vi21age on any
future work s~ch as architecture, planning, zoning, etc.
Street Paving- [.I.D. discussed but no decision at this time.

Village of Chukkuck held in the VillaFe Office at 112 Valent~ Road
on August 1~, 1962.
Present- Davis, ,~ard, Trost, Hillman,~a~d McDevitt
Absent- Frasure. '
Called to order-8:02
Ordinance No ~7, Gas Co. Franchise, read in full by Day and McDevit
Motion to suspend the rules, read once in full and twice by Title,
made by Ward~ secomded by Hil]man. Roll call vote-Treat-yes, ~ard-¥es
Hil~ Davis-yes.

Ordinance No ~7 then read twice by Title %~ McDevitt. Motion to
approve passage of Ordinance No ~7 made by Hillman, seconded by Trost
Roll call vote- Trost-¥es, ~ard-yes, Ell'man-Tea, Davis-yes.
Discussion on permits and inspection of Gas installations followed.
Meeting recessed till further notice if necessary at 9:00 P.M.
