Present-Davis, Trost, Hillman, Ward, Frasure, and ~'IcDevitt.
Called to order 8:0~ P.M.
Minutes of the ]asr regular meeting then read amd approved as read.
P'illa for the month presented to Board. ~[otfcr to pail bills made by
Ward, seconded by Trost. Ail in favor.
Financial and ~o]ice reports presented to Foard.
Certification of results of Consolidation Election of ~'[arch 20, 1962.
Notio~ to accept Co~)nt~ Certification of results made by Hillman,
~econded by Ward. Roll call vote- ~ard-yes, Trost-yes, Hillman-yes,
Frasure-yes, and Davis-yes.
Culvert at Parrish Drive ~: Yellowstone- Ward asked if it had been
located ~et. The ~iway Dept answered that the culvert ia there and
that they will look further i~to this matter.
~tuart Addition- Aereement for Stuart Addition read in full by
}~c~'~tt. ~otion to approve agreement made by [,~ard, seconded by
Trost, Ail in favor. Motion for Brennan to check and see ~at the
installation meets Village specifications made by Ward, seconded by
Hillman. All in favor.
Fairgrounds- Complain of low pressure i~ the water sFstem. ~ke's
and t~e Phone Co. sre to act tomorrow ffettimg the comtrol s~fstem
wired for use. Discussion on another storage tank on the hill fo]lowed
and it was decided to fret more information on t: is and have it ready
for next m~'etf~g.
Park fence- After a discussion it was dec~.ded to have Ru]on Stuart
use tl-e b~g boulders that he is getting out cf bi,s trench line for as
far as they will go and then we ~ill have to dec~de ]ater what to do
about the rest of it.
Park Restrooms and St6rage ~uilding- Decision was to ~et estimates
of cost of this building amd to use the plans we already have with a
few alterations.
Heavy E~uipme~t for Ros~d work- John ~cDonough of Southern Idaho
Equipment Co. ~.~as present and stated they had a used f/ramer, Austin
~feston, Model aS, Fear 1914 for sale for ~7,[00.00. The ~:oard members
want to shop around first and will decide on this matter later.
Hiv~ay Bept- ~<aps for the new int~:rstate hiway ~,~ere studied amd
discussed at length. They want the Vil]a~-e to furnish the p~pe a~d they
will install it for about 1000 feet on the new ~urnside Road. The Board
said they ~uld work ~.:ith them and help as far as our f~nances will
sllow.

Study of the Dlat revealed too many dead er~d streets. ~[o action taken
by the Poard at t~~is time as streets w~ll have to lined up to coincide
with Stuart Ave. add Valentv Road.
Texaco Service Station- John Valent? ccmplains abcut traffic cuttinK
across corner from north ,~oinF east. }[e is goin~ tc ~et their l~cense
n~ber and turn them into the State and County I aw Officers.
East Chubbuck Ro~d- ~ain ditch still plu~ed up. John Va]enty ~ants
the Village to clesm t~'~e d~tch and open the draf~n. Ward st~ted that the
ditch is full of ~rease from the service stations on the corner and
can't be flushed out vzitb ~ fire hose. Everyth~ng works good in the
sumner time but not ~n the winter time ~,~hen there is ice.
