COUNCIL PRESENT: Ryan Lewis, Annette Baumeister, Melanie Evans, Roger Hernandez.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Public Works Director Rodney Burch, Police Chief Bill Guiberson,
Fire Chief Merlin Miller, Treasurer Rich Morgan.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Presentation on a Pine Ridge Mall Urban Renewal Revenue Bond.
Rob Kingsbury represented the group from Farmer Holding Company. Farmer Holding Co.
owns the Pine Ridge Property, Mr. Kingsbury presented to the council, an update, on what
Fanner Holding is trying to do in asking the Chubbuck Development Authority to issue bonds,
against the Pine Ridge Mall TIF revenue to free up new equity to further the improvement of the
property.
