H. B. 3 was passed by the 39th session of the Idaho
Legislature and duly signed by the Governor, and,
H. B. 3 changed the status of corporate villages to
corporate cities, and,
H. B. 3 provides that all cities shall be governed by a
Mayor and Council, and,
H. B. 3, among other provisions, establishes the powers and
responsibilities of the Mayor and Council, and,
WHEREAS: H. B. 3 is in full force and effect;
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck
hereby resolve to adopt such ordinances as may be
necessary to effectuate the provisions of H. B. 3.
