'..,~!~EAS, Heretofore on the /.~ day of ~fid£~ b~.~ 196~, the Chairman
Bo~.rd of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck~ t-~ann~ ck Co~ty~ Idaho passed
an~ adopted and Esti~te of ~qoenses estimating th~, the tota]~ amount of money
nead. e~] for General Purposes~ not incl~]ing e~.penses for Bond Iszue~ of the
Village of Chubbuck for the fiscal ~o~ ..~,.~r commencing on the ~st day of J~..nu~ ~~
1967 to be the total s~ of One thmdred Twenty Two Thous~d !,line Hundred
Fm~rteen ~oll~s and Thirty One Cents,~.~fq~o°,,~,_,9~/.~.51), and
I~ereas, a ten ~11 l.e~- is insufficient and will not provide the remount
of money necess~y to be raised and provided through a Genera]. Tax Levy to
pay said general expenses of said Village during said fiscal year, m~d
?~ereas, it appears to the Chairnmm and Board of Trustees of said Village,
t?m.t it is necessary that a general le~t~ o~f not to exceed twenty-three ~lls
be made upon all t~able property ~thin said Village in eraser to raise the
necessary mmo~t of money estimated to be required for general pm~poses for
the use of s~d ViSage, ~'h~ring said fiscal year.
N~[ THE~EF~E, BE IT R]~OLVED By the Chairman and Board of Trustees of
the ViSage of Chubbuck, Bannock Co~mty, Idaho that Tuesday the lOth day of
J~uary, 1967, at the hotm of 8:00 P.M., at the },[~icipal ~tufi.lding in
Chubbuck, that being the regular meeting place of said Board, be set as the
day and place for holding a Public Hearin,z on the question of making a
general tax levy for the Village of Cb,~bbuck for the current fiscal year
in the amount of not to exceed twenty-t~ree ~.!ls on each dollar of the
assessed valuation of all taxable propert,y in said Viii.age.
